通过典型的教育建筑实例,分别计算出抗震设防烈度为6度、7度和8度,基本风压为0.71kN/m2和0.35kN/m2几种情况下结构的钢筋用量以及抗震构件和非抗震构件混凝土所占的比例,分析了地震作用和基本风压对此类建筑的影响程度,探讨基于现行结构设计规范,进一步提高教育建筑抗震设防烈度的必要性与可行性,并为此提出相应的设计建议和技术措施,供建筑结构设计人员参考和更深入研究.

Taking example by typical school buildings, the effect and infective extent of earthquake and basic wind pressure on them are analyzed by comparing the mass collection of reinforcing steel bar with the proportion of concrete in vibration-tolerant and vibration non-tolerant components under the circumstance of basic wind pressure 0.7kN/m2 and 0.35kN/m2, fortified intensity 6, 7 and 8, respectively. The prerequisite and feasibility of upgrading the fortified intensity to vibration tolerance of school buildings are discussed based on the present design specification in structure, and relevant design suggestions and technical steps here should be shared with the persons in architecture to reference and study further.
