针对平面四杆连杆机构的函数再现问题,分析了随机性的干扰因素对机构运动精度的影响,建立了模糊稳健优化设计数学建模.采用支持向量回归机对模糊概率等非线性函数进行仿真计算,提高了模糊稳健优化设计的求解效率、降低了机时消耗.给出了新方法的具体算法步骤,该方法能使机构运动精度和各尺寸的制造公差得到合理匹配,具有工程实用价值.

Aiming at the synthesis problem of four bar linkage mechanism for generating function, the analysis of the influence of random disturbing factors on the movement accuracy of mechanism is analyzed, and the model for fuzzy ?robust design optimization is presented. The support vector regression (SVR) is used as a surrogate model for computing the values of nonlinear functions such as fuzzy probability, and then the computational efficiency of fuzzy - robust design optimization is distinctly improved. The arithmetic steps of proposed method are introduced. The design example shows that this method is able to make the movement accuracy of mechanism match up to the tolerance of each linkage in reason, so it is effective in engineering application.
