系统地对复合型生物絮凝剂(CBF)的絮凝形态进行了分析及相关研究.对比了投加CBF与未投加CBF对实验系统中胶体颗粒的絮体形态、Zeta电位的改变.同时研究了钙离子以及投加顺序在絮凝过程中所发挥的作用.结果表明,CBF具有良好的絮凝效果;一定浓度的钙离子能降低颗粒的表面电荷,促进CBF分子与胶体颗粒之间的键合,有利于絮凝沉淀;投加方式的改变影响了悬浊液体系的pH值,从而影响了其中各种物质的表面电荷,限制了CBF作用的发挥.正确的投加方式才能产生良好的絮凝效果.
繫統地對複閤型生物絮凝劑(CBF)的絮凝形態進行瞭分析及相關研究.對比瞭投加CBF與未投加CBF對實驗繫統中膠體顆粒的絮體形態、Zeta電位的改變.同時研究瞭鈣離子以及投加順序在絮凝過程中所髮揮的作用.結果錶明,CBF具有良好的絮凝效果;一定濃度的鈣離子能降低顆粒的錶麵電荷,促進CBF分子與膠體顆粒之間的鍵閤,有利于絮凝沉澱;投加方式的改變影響瞭懸濁液體繫的pH值,從而影響瞭其中各種物質的錶麵電荷,限製瞭CBF作用的髮揮.正確的投加方式纔能產生良好的絮凝效果.

Systematic analysis and relevant research on flocculation morphology of compound bioflocculant (CBF) were conducted. The changes of floc morphology and Zeta potential of flocs in the presence of CBF were compared with those in the absence of CBF. Moreover, the efficiency of Ca~(2+) and the dosing method were studied through microscopic observation on flocs formed in various flocculation courses of CBF. Result shows that CBF is an effective flocculants. A definite concentration of Ca~(2+) could decrease the interface charge of particles and increase the bond of flocculant molecules and particles, which help to accelerate flocculation and settling. The change of dosing method for agents has an effect on pH of the suspension, which influences the interface charge of various substances in the water and restricts the efficiency of CBF. Proper dosing method could improve flocculation performance.
