[目的]确立无患子皂苷提取的最佳工艺.[方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究各种提取条件(提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数、料液比)对无患子皂苷得率的影响,优化其提取工艺.[结果] 无患子皂苷的最佳提取工艺为:提取溶剂为乙醇,提取温度为60 ℃时,料液比为1∶9,提取时间为3 h,提取为3次.在该条件下,无患子皂苷得率为9.32%.[结论]该工艺操作简单、提取效率高、对环境友好,适合于无患子皂苷的工厂化生产.

[목적]학립무환자조감제취적최가공예.[방법]통과단인소시험화정교시험,연구각충제취조건(제취용제、제취온도、제취시간、제취차수、료액비)대무환자조감득솔적영향,우화기제취공예.[결과] 무환자조감적최가제취공예위:제취용제위을순,제취온도위60 ℃시,료액비위1∶9,제취시간위3 h,제취위3차.재해조건하,무환자조감득솔위9.32%.[결론]해공예조작간단、제취효솔고、대배경우호,괄합우무환자조감적공엄화생산.
[Objective] The research aimed to establish the optimum extraction technology of saponins from the pericarps of Sapindus mukorossi Gaerth. [Method] In single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the effects of various extraction conditions (i.e. extraction solvent, extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times and ratio of material to solvent etc.) on the yield of saponins were studied, and the extraction technology of the saponins was optimized. [Result] When the powder of the pericarps was extracted with EtOH (solid-to-solvent ratio =1∶9, W/V) for three times at 60 ℃ for 3 hours, namely in the best extraction condition, the largest yield of saponins (9.32% of raw material) was obtained. [Conclusion] This technology for saponins extraction from S. mukorossi Gaerth. is simple, efficient and environmentally friendly. And it is suitable for saponins production in industry.
