目的 建立树脂吸附法生产茶多酚中大孔树脂残留物的检测方法.方法 采用顶空气相色谱法对树脂残留物正己烷、苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、苯乙烯及二乙烯苯进行检测.结果 各组分在线性范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r为0.999 9~0.996 3,平均回收率符合要求.各组分检出量均符合规定.结论 该方法简便可行,重现性好,结果可靠,适用于茶多酚中树脂残留物的检测.
目的 建立樹脂吸附法生產茶多酚中大孔樹脂殘留物的檢測方法.方法 採用頂空氣相色譜法對樹脂殘留物正己烷、苯、甲苯、對二甲苯、鄰二甲苯、間二甲苯、苯乙烯及二乙烯苯進行檢測.結果 各組分在線性範圍內呈良好線性關繫,相關繫數r為0.999 9~0.996 3,平均迴收率符閤要求.各組分檢齣量均符閤規定.結論 該方法簡便可行,重現性好,結果可靠,適用于茶多酚中樹脂殘留物的檢測.
목적 건립수지흡부법생산다다분중대공수지잔류물적검측방법.방법 채용정공기상색보법대수지잔류물정기완、분、갑분、대이갑분、린이갑분、간이갑분、분을희급이을희분진행검측.결과 각조분재선성범위내정량호선성관계,상관계수r위0.999 9~0.996 3,평균회수솔부합요구.각조분검출량균부합규정.결론 해방법간편가행,중현성호,결과가고,괄용우다다분중수지잔류물적검측.
Objective To establish a detective method of organic residues of the resin in tea polyphenols.Methods Headspace-GC was used to determine the residue levels of N-hexane,benzene,methylbenzene,dimethylbenzene,benzene vinyl,divinyl-benzene in tea polyphenols.Results All constituents have great linearity in each range of concentration,the coefficient correlation r were in the range of 0.999 9~0.996 3 and the average recovery rate was accorded with prescribe.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate for the detection of residues in tea polyphenols.
