为研究微量元素含量与乳房炎发生的相关性,采集健康荷斯坦牛与乳房炎奶牛的乳汁各15份,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了6种矿物元素铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、镁(Mg)、钴(Co)含量,并进行了对比分析。结果表明患乳房炎乳汁中Cu、Fe、Co和Zn含量显著低于正常乳汁(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),而Mn和Mg含量差异不显著(P〉0.05)。乳房炎与微量元素含量具有相关性。

위연구미량원소함량여유방염발생적상관성,채집건강하사탄우여유방염내우적유즙각15빈,용화염원자흡수광보법(FAAS)측정료6충광물원소철(Fe)、동(Cu)、자(Zn)、맹(Mn)、미(Mg)、고(Co)함량,병진행료대비분석。결과표명환유방염유즙중Cu、Fe、Co화Zn함량현저저우정상유즙(P〈0.05혹P〈0.01),이Mn화Mg함량차이불현저(P〉0.05)。유방염여미량원소함량구유상관성。
To study the correlation between mastitis occurrence and trace elements levels,30 milk samples were collected from healthy Holstein dairy cows and mastitis cows.Milk contents of six microelements including iron(Fe),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),manganese(Mn),magnesium(Mg),cobalt(Co) were measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) and compared.The results showed that Cu,Fe,Co and Zn contents in mastitis milk were significantly lower than normal milk(P0.05 or P0.01).However,there were no remarkable differences of Mn and Mg contents between two groups(P0.05).In conclusion,there was a correlation between mastitis occurrence and trace element contents.
