慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)不同患者临床特征差异较大,传统的COPD评价标准在评价该疾病的病情和预后方面存在弊端.目前COPD研究的热点之一——COPD表型的研究,其分类方法在评估COPD的病情及预后、指导治疗方面具有重要的价值.本文主要阐述COPD表型的分类,各表型与临床预后、病情的严重程度、治疗的相关性及各表型COPD患者的特征性.从而为COPD的研究提供新的方向.

The clinical features of different patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are quite different.There are disadvantages in evaluating the treatment and prognosis of the patient with COPD by traditional methods.It is now one of researching hotspots —— the COPD phenotype.The classification of COPD phenotypes presents an important value in the assessment of COPD severity and prognosis,treatment.The article expound the classification of COPD phenotypes,presenting the relationship between each phenotype and clinical prognosis,disease severity,treatment,the characteristics between each phenotype.It can provide new trend for the research of COPD.
