目的 探讨“一对一”带教制对本科护理学生实习效果的影响.方法 2007年~2009年329名在潍坊医学院附属医院实习的本科护生随机分为两组.“一对一”带教组(实验组)166名,在实习过程中,每到一个科室都由一个老师带教,直到本科室实习结束.传统带教组(对照组)163名,在实习中,每个科室都没有固定的老师带教,只根据相应的班次跟随老师实习.实习结束前比较两组护生理论考试、操作考核成绩.同时发放问卷调查护生对带教老师满意度和护生对护理职业的认同度.结果 两组护生理论考试成绩无差异(P>o.05).“一对一”带教组操作考核成绩高于传统带教组(P<0.01).结论 “一对一”带教制对护生临床操作的指导优于传统带教方式.

Objective To invesigate the effect of " one to one" system ot teaching in undergraduate nursing practice Methods A total of 329 undergraduate practical nurses from 2007 ~ 2009 were divided into two groupa,teach group ( test group) had 166 nun.es Each department was led by a teacher in the process of practice until the deptutment end its practice The traditional teach Sroup ( control group) had 163 nurses,but each department had not the regular teachers in practice,the nurses just followed the teachers according to the corre-8pondent order of department The nursing students were compared for the theory test and the operation test before the end of practice,and the questionnaire was given to the nuraes in order to get the propmtion of the students who were satisfy with their teachers and the reco8nition of the nursing profession at the game time.Results Two groups of nursing 8tudents had no difference on theory test (P > 0.05).But the teach 8roup (test group) waa better than thato of traditional group (P<O.01).Conclusions " one to one" group ( teach group) is ahould taken advantage over the traditional teach group.
