目的总结经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)术后治疗经验.方法 328例TURP患者分成2组,A组126例术后给予杜冷丁50mg或曲马多100mg肌注,B组202例术后留置尿管期口服盐酸特托罗定2mg,1次/d,肛纳消炎痛栓,3次/d,共3～5d.拔管后口服盐酸坦索罗辛0.2mg,1次/d和尿道灌药(阿米卡星2支加2%利多卡因10mg,加地塞米松5mg混合液)1次/d.共3～5d.结果术后B组患者膀胱痉挛次数、膀胱疼痛持续时间、膀胱冲洗液转清时间和留置尿管时间均明显少于A组.结论 TURP术后特殊治疗效果优于单纯止痛治疗.

Objectives To summarise postoperative treatment experience for TURP. Methods 328 cases of TURP were divided into 2 groups; 126 postoperative cases in group A were given Sauteralgyl(50mg) or Tramal (100mg im) .while 202 postoperative cases in goup B were given oral administration of Tolterodine Tartrate(2mg po qd) and rectal suppository of indomethacin(tid) for 3 -5 consecutive days in indwelling catheter period afterTURP.Thenthey received oral administration of Tamsulosin(0.2mg qd), urethral infusion with mixed liquor(qd) including4ml amikacin + 2% dolicaine + 5mg decaesadril for 3 -5 consecutive days after extubation. Results Incidence of cystospasm in group B is obviously lessen. Duration of bladder pain, the time that the bladder scour liquid gets clear,and the lasting time of indwelling catheter in group B is evidently shorten. Conclusions Comparedwithanodyne,special postoperative treatmeat is more effective.
