我国现行的公办高校治理机制是一种典型的党政权力二元化治理格局，它具有浓厚的计划经济的时代烙印。随着社会主义民主法制建设的不断完善以及全体公民意识的不断增强，这种治理机制已经越来越不适应现代高校的迅速发展和各种利益诉求，一种各利益相关者广泛参与的共同治理机制正在从理论和现实上逐步走上成熟。
我國現行的公辦高校治理機製是一種典型的黨政權力二元化治理格跼，它具有濃厚的計劃經濟的時代烙印。隨著社會主義民主法製建設的不斷完善以及全體公民意識的不斷增彊，這種治理機製已經越來越不適應現代高校的迅速髮展和各種利益訴求，一種各利益相關者廣汎參與的共同治理機製正在從理論和現實上逐步走上成熟。
아국현행적공판고교치리궤제시일충전형적당정권력이원화치리격국，타구유농후적계화경제적시대락인。수착사회주의민주법제건설적불단완선이급전체공민의식적불단증강，저충치리궤제이경월래월불괄응현대고교적신속발전화각충이익소구，일충각이익상관자엄범삼여적공동치리궤제정재종이론화현실상축보주상성숙。
Our state-run universities＇ governance mechanism is a typical dualization pattern combining with the Party and government power, which has a strong mark of the planned economy era. With the perfecting of socialist democracy and legal system and with the enhancing of citizens＇ consciousness, this mechanism can not increasingly meet with the need of the rapid development of modem universities and the appeals of various interests. A co-governance mechanism, based on the extensive participation of all stakeholders, has grown up step by step from theory to practice.
