The paper analyzed and caculated the uncertainty of the mensuration experiment of gold in ore samples by foain adsorption-flame atomic absorption spectroscopy method. The main influencial factors of the uncertainty were determined. The combined standard uncertainty and the extended uncertainty was achieved.
