利用角锥棱镜的退偏效应实现了电光调Q固体激光器的偏振耦合输出.器件采用热传导冷却半圆柱面LD阵列侧向泵浦Nd:YAG泵浦几何,获得在20 Hz运行条件下,脉冲能量163 mJ/pulse、脉冲宽度6.5 ns、发散角3.5 mrad、能量稳定性土2.8%、光光效率16.7%的理想性能.与传统平行平面腔相比,具有效率高、峰值功率大、输出能量和脉宽可调,且输出稳定等优点.

이용각추릉경적퇴편효응실현료전광조Q고체격광기적편진우합수출.기건채용열전도냉각반원주면LD진렬측향빙포Nd:YAG빙포궤하,획득재20 Hz운행조건하,맥충능량163 mJ/pulse、맥충관도6.5 ns、발산각3.5 mrad、능량은정성토2.8%、광광효솔16.7%적이상성능.여전통평행평면강상비,구유효솔고、봉치공솔대、수출능량화맥관가조,차수출은정등우점.
Based on the polarization properties of the corner-cube, polarized coupling output is obtained in the electro-optically Q-switch solid state laser with corner-cube resonator. The laser is operated in the heatconducted half-circular LD arrays pumped Nd : YAG laser,and produces the average pulse energy of 163mJ at 20 Hz in a 6. 5 ns pulse with an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 16. 7%. The energy stability is of ±2.8% ,and the beam divergence is of 3.5 mrad. The performance of the laser is much better than that in plane-parallel resonator such as the high efficiency, high peak power,controllable pulse energy and width,and high stability.
