以上海青为材料,研究重金属铜和铅对植物种子萌发率及幼苗鲜重和过氧化氢酶活力的影响.结果表明:重金属对植物的萌发率表现为低浓度时促进,高浓度时抑制;上海青对铜的最适浓度为1.5×10~(-5)mol/L,对铅的最适浓度为2×10~(-2)mol/L.同时,过氧化氢酶活力与重金属的浓度也呈现负相关.

With Brassica rapa L as the materials to research the effect of Cu and Pb on seed germination and seedling physiology and biochemistry and the activity of CAT. The result showed that low concentration heavy metals could promote Brassica rapa L. seed germination, but high concentration showed inhibition. And the op timum copper concentration was 1.5×10~(-5)mol/L,lead concentration was 2×10~(-2)mol/L. At the same time, the activity of catalase(CAT) correlated negatively with heavy metals concentration.
