对刚性轨道磁浮系统模型,分析了双环PID控制律作用下,间隙信号温漂条件下系统的稳定性和动态性能,把非线性系统在平衡点线性化,利用劳斯判据得到了系统仍然能稳定,但动态性能变差加剧车轨的耦合振动.为解决高速磁浮列车间隙传感器的温漂问题,重新选择状态变量,利用输入反馈线性化的方法,设计了新控制器.在新控制输入作用下,使系统能够适应悬浮间隙的变化,进而能够顺利解决间隙传感器的温漂问题,并且系统的动态性能几乎保持不变.仿真结果证明了理论推导的正确性.

Given the model of maglev system with the rigid guide-way,under the control of the classic double PID controller,the system stability and dynamic characteristics are discussed with the gap sensor temperature drift.The results show that the system remains stable,but the dynamic characteristics perform badly.To solve the gap sensor temperature drift problem of the high speed maglev train,the feedback linearization method is used,new state variables are adopted,a new controller is designed.With the controller the system can adapt to the suspension mass and the gap sensor temperature drift can be compensated.What's more,the dynamic performances are almost kept unchanged.Simulations show that the theoretical study is valid.
