This paper introduces the application of pre-splitting blasting technology in Heshun county Liansi reservoir flood discharge tunnel. Combining with the engineering geology conditions, it respectively describes the construction scheme, blasting parameter, construction technolo- gy and safe distance setting and other contents of pre-splitting blasting, which has provided certain guidance for promoting the application of pre- splitting blasting technology in hydraulic and highway engineering.
