校友是学校发展的重要依靠力量之一。文章通过对校友资源在高校“品牌”、育人、财力、信息等方面的价值袁现分析，提出了高校可持续开发校友资源的策略与建议，以期为高校校友资源的可持续开发工作提供理论借鉴。

Alumni resource is an important support to the development of colleges and universities. On this basis, the value of alumni resources is analyzed in the aspects of ＂brand making＂, talents cultivation, financing, information, sci -tech cooperation and campus culture. Some strategies and suggestions are put forward on sustainable development and exploiting alumni resources in the hope of offering some theoretical advice to the colleges and universities.
