开发了一种以耐高温滤袋为过滤元件的柴油机排气微粒过滤器系统。采用相同的两个滤袋,一个用于过滤柴油机排气中的微粒,把微粒沉积在滤袋的外表面,另一个利用自然进气流反方向把已沉积在滤袋外表面的微粒吹掉,使微粒随进气流再回到气缸内,在燃烧室中燃烧,达到袋滤器再生的目的。通过系统中各阀门的开关保证二个滤袋在规定的时间间隔按"过滤"和"再生"模式轮换工作。所开发的系统在一台单缸柴油机上进行了验证性试验。结果表明,袋滤器能保证90%的过滤效率。在过滤时间和再生时间相等的稳定工况下,可保证袋滤器的阻力不超过允许值。当再生间隔为10 min时,维持最大过滤阻力为13.3 kPa。这表明进气过程不仅能把滤袋捕集的微粒重新吸回气缸中,而且微粒能在燃烧室中烧掉,使滤袋不需辅助手段自行再生。

A diesel particulate filter system was developed using the heat resistant filter bag as filtering element.There are two identical bags in the system,the one is used to trap the diesel exhaust particulate matter(PM) on the outer surface of the bag,and the other is used to blow off the deposited PM on the outer surface of the bag by intake fresh air blow,making the PM burning in the cylinder to realize the regeneration of the filter.The two bags work in "filtering" mode and "regeneration" mode in turn by switch-on and switch-off of the valves in the filter system.The developed system was verified experimentally in the dynamometer test bed with a single-diesel engine.For the steady operating condition,the filtering time span equal to the regeneration time span,the exhaust back pressure did not exceed the allowable limit.At the regeneration time span 10 minute,the maximum back pressure is 13.3 kPa.This implicated that the intake process of the intake fresh air can blow off the deposited PM on the outer surface of the bag and sends PM into the cylinder,and burns the PM during the combustion process in the combustion chamber,ensure the successful regeneration of the system without any auxiliary means.
