教育大计,教师为本,维护教师权益也成为了新一轮教育发展改革的重要内容。本文从我国教师申诉权制度的现状谈起,结合当前国家教育改革发展的实际阐述了完善教师申诉权制度的必要性.进而提出完善教师申诉权制度的三点措施论证完善教师申诉权制度的可行性。

Teachers are oriented in our major educational program, under which preserving teachers' rights and interests has become an important part in this round reformation in education. Beginning with current situation of teachers' appealing right system and the reality of our educational reform and development in our country. This article explains the necessity of the perfection in teachers' appealing right system, and puts forward three measures in proving its feasibility.
