地域文化资源和城市形象作为一种重要的城市竞争资本,是可供城市经营的最大无形资产。在分析城市文化、城市形象、城市经营三方面内涵和梳理三者逻辑关系的基础上,初步构建城市形象经营的一般模式。以涡阳县为例,分析涡阳城市形象建设的现状问题,进行涡阳城市文化资源的分类提取,根据文化资源优势对涡阳进行城市形象的总体定位,最后提出了涡阳城市形象经营的主要策略建议,以期实现城市无形资产增值和城市竞争力的提升。

As important resources of city competition, local cultural resources and the munici- pal image provide the most intangible assets for municipal management. Based on the analysis of municipal culture, municipal image, and municipal management and the logical relationship of the three, this paper has established the general pattern of municipal image management. Taking Guoyang County as an example, this paper has analyzed the problems existing in its municipal image building, categorized and extracted the cultural resources of Guoyang, and accordingly positioned the overall municipal image. Finally major suggestions have been advanced concerning the municipal image of Guoyang in order to improve the value of the intangible assets and competitiveness.
