＂民以食为天,食品安全大如天＂,食品安全既是重大的经济问题,也是重大的民生问题,事关群众的身体健康和生命安全,事关社会和谐稳定。一直以来,吉林省各级政府十分重视食品安全监管,也取得了较好的成效。但吉林省食品安全管理仍然存在一些问题。本文基于吉林省食品安全管理的现状分析,探索了影响吉林省食品安全管理的制约因素,并就如何提高吉林省食品安全管理效果提出了解决对策。
