创意经济浪潮正波及全球，一些国家和地区纷纷把发展文化创意产业作为重要战略决策。文化创意产业在中国也是迅猛发展，并且大多依靠政府的强大推动，政府政策起重中之重的作用。本文探讨了文化创意产业及其政策内涵，分析了鄱阳湖生态经济区文化创意产业政策现状，提出了政策建议。

With the fast development of creative economy in the world, cultural and creative industries have become important strategies in many countries and regions. In the case of China, most of them are pushed by governments. Policies play an important role in them. This paper discusses the culture creative industries and its policy implications, and analyzes the cultural and creative industrypolicies of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.
