For setting process parameters for program-controlled twisters producing big yarn packages,a method for calculating process parameters for BNZ series glass fiber twisters was deduced theoretically by analyzing the inherent factors affecting yarn quality and clarifying their internal relations,resulting in a reasonable range of parameters for selection. This method has been proved by experiment to be applicable to actual twisting operation.
