为探讨补充VE对女子大学生篮球运动员自由基的影响,将安庆师范学院女子大学生篮球运动员随机分为实验组(E组)和对照组(C组),每组6人,E组每天服用VE 200 mg,在安徽省大学生篮球联赛前对运动员进行为期6周的篮球集训,测定其训练前后的MDA、SOD和GSH_px。训练前,两组间三指标间无显著性差异(P(0.05),训练后两组MDA指标都显著下降(P(0.01),E组GSH、SOD都有明显增加(P(0.05),而C组无明显变化(P(0.05),且E组三指标实验后变化率与C组有显著性差异(P(0.05),这说明补充VE能显著减少女子大学生篮球运动员安静状态下自由基的产生,提高抗氧化能力。

Our aim is to explore the effects of vitamin E supplement on free radicals in basketball players among female college students.And our Methods is in the following.The female college basketball players in Anqing teachers college are randomly divided into experiment group and control group,6 players each group.The players in E group supplement 200 mg vitamin E.All basketball players are trained for 6 weeks before Anhui province University Basketball Association.The MDA,SOD,and GSH_px are determined before and after training.The results show that no significant difference is demonstrated in all three index before training between two groups(P0.05).After training,the MDA of both groups decrease significantly after training(P0.01).The SOD and GSH_px in E group increase significantly after training(P0.05),but no significant change is observed in C group(P0.05).Furthermore,there are significant differences in the changes of all three index after training between E group and C group.So we get the conclusion is that vitamin E supplement could decrease significantly free radicals in basketball players among female college students,and improve their anti-oxygen ability.
