背景 神经心理学测评是诊断和研究术后认知障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)的重要手段.如何规范进行POCD的神经心理学测评目前尚无一致意见.目的 分析总结国内外POCD临床研究的文献资料.内容 总结国内外常用的POCD神经心理学测评方法,并分析其优缺点.趋向 有必要设计一种专门用于POCD的测评量表.这个量表不仅准确全面的反映患者的认知状况,而且测评过程简单,具有多套平行版本.测评结果的评价应使用特殊的统计学方法减少测验误差和练习效应.

Background Neuropsychological tests is an important means for study and diagnose postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD).But how to standard conduct neuropsychological assess scale of POCD is no consensus currently.Objective We reviewed the literatures of clinical studies about POCD recently.Content Summarized the neuropsychological methods in literatures about POCD,and analyzed advantages and disadvantages.Trend We need to design a special scale for POCD.The scale is not only accurate and comprehensive reflect the cognitive state in patients,but also the evaluation process is simple.It has multiple sets of parallel versions,and the results should be using special statistical methods to reduce error and learning effects of testing.
