目的 分析健康体检人群中眼压的分布情况及相关因素.方法 分析2009年11月至2010年10月间在健康体检人群中眼压的分布特点,通过多元线性回归模型分析眼压与年龄、性别、屈光性质、高血压、糖尿病及高脂血症的相关性.结果 研究期间共2997名健康体检者纳入分析,眼压的均值为(13.4±3.2) mm Hg,眼压随年龄的分布表现出先增加后降低的趋势.近视人群的眼压(13.8±3.3) mm Hg明显高于非近视人群的眼压(13.3±3.2) mm Hg,P<0.01.年龄(β=-0.03,P<0.001)、近视病史(β=0.49,P=0.001)、高血压(β=0.82,P<0.001)、高脂血症(β=0.40,P=0.004)、糖尿病(β=0.40,P<0.001)和体重指数(β=0.11,P<0.001)均与眼压独立相关.结论 此大样本体检人群中眼压的均值为13.4 mm Hg,随年龄的分布表现出先增加后降低的趋势,并受到近视、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症及体重指数等因素影响.

Objective To evaluate the distribution and related factors of intraocular pressure (IOP) in population undergoing routine physical checks. Methods lOPs obtained through routine physical checks from November 2009 to October 2010 were summarized.Multivariate linear regression analyses were applied to evaluate demographic and clinical factors associated with IOP. Results Among 2997 people were evaluated during study period,mean IOP was 13.4±3.2mmHg.Mean IOP increased with age,and then decreased since age of 50,with a reversed "U" shape distribution.People with myopia had a significant higher IOP (13.8±3.3mmHg),compared those without (13.3±3.2mmHg,P <0.01).In linear regression models,age (β =-0.03,P <0.001),myopia (β =0.49,P =0.001),hypertension (β =0.82,P <0.001),hyperlipidemia (β =0.40,P =0.004),diabetes (β =0.40,P <0.001) and body mass index (β =0.11,P <0.001) were factors independent associated with IOP.Conclusions In large sample survey of urban population undergoing routine physical checks,the mean IOP is 13.4mmHg,with a reversed "U" shape distribution with aging,and is associated with factors including myopia,blood pressure,hyperlipidemia,diabetes and body mass index.
