目的 探讨三维适形放疗与常规放疗在乳腺癌保乳手术后辅助放疗上的作用.方法 对9例乳腺癌保乳手术后患者(A组)及13例患者(B组)分别实施三维适形放疗及常规放疗.结果 平均随访11个月,全部病例无1例出现局部复发.三维适形放疗组6例发生Ⅰ级放射性皮肤损伤,2例发生Ⅱ级放射性皮肤损伤,无1例发生Ⅰ级放射性肺炎;常规放疗组9例发生Ⅰ级放射性皮肤损伤,1例发生Ⅱ级放射性皮肤损伤,1例发生Ⅰ级放射性肺炎.结论三维适形放疗与常规放疗的近期疗效与美容效果相当,在布野的精确性及乳腺靶区剂量分布的均匀性、肺组织和心脏的的保护方面优于常规放疗.

Objective To investigate the application of 3-DCRT and normal radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery of breast cancer. Methods 9 patients after breast conservative surgery with breast cancer re-ceive 3-DCRT( Group A) and 13 patients after breast conservative surgery with breast cancer receive normal ra-diotherapy (Group B). Results Patients were followed-up for an average of 11 months, None of the patients had local relapse;in Group A ,6 patients occurred Ⅰ-level radioactive damage to skin,2 patients occurred Ⅱ -level radioactive damage to skin, None of the patients occurred Ⅰ-level radioactive pneumonia; in Group B,9 patients occurred Ⅰ-level radioactive damage to skin, 1 patient occurred Ⅱ-level radioactive damage to skin, 1 patients oc-curred Ⅰ-level radioactive pneumonia. Conclusion The recent curative effect and Cosmetic Effect of 3-DCRT and normal radiotherapy were equivalent, on the precision of fields and distribution uniformity of dosage around the breast,the Protection of lung and heart,3-DCRT was better than normal radiotherapy.
