本文报告于1986年为改进小儿先天性脊柱侧弯及后突的矫正效果,预防脊髓损伤,作者制定了前方松解、椎体切除和截骨术加Luque手术的方案.经临床17例验证,效果满意.明确并发脊髓纵裂应在矫正侧弯前切除骨间隔.若严格掌握手术指征,小心操作,本手术方案是安全的.

In 1986,the authors developed a modified procedure which was composed of anterior release,vertebral resection and osteotomy plus Luque's operation,aiming at improving the correction efficacy in treating children's congenital scoliosis and kyphosis,and preventing the cord injuries during operation.Satisfactory results were obtained in 17 cases clinically.The authors emphasize removing all anterior compressing bone and alternatively excising of useless bemi-vertebra on the convex.This procedure is safe to a well-experienced spine surgeon,provided that great care and effective protection of the spinal cord should be taken.The authors also emphasize that attention should be paid to any additional deformities of the spine.Once a difinite diagnosis of diastematomyelia is established,excision of bony septum to release the cord should be done prior to the correction of the scolicsis.
