Perioperative stress response is resulted from multi-systemic.changes which include central nervous system,endocrine system,as well as metabolism and immunity system.the surgical outcome can be deeply influenced by perioperative stress response.This review will list some of the key issues in relating to the mechanism of perioperative stress response and discuss briefly about its regulation.
