目的 探索喷雾型消毒液对注射部位皮肤进行消毒后的最佳穿刺时间,为临床正确使用喷雾型消毒液、确保消毒效果、避免因穿刺不良反应引起医疗纠纷提供理论依据.方法 病室内常规清扫消毒,室内活菌计数<500+/m3;选择住院常规输液或肌肉注射病人为试验对象;采用无菌管型棉拭子取样、琼脂平板划线种植法,置35℃恒温箱中培养24 h,做细菌计数实验取样;600人次.结果 喷雾型消毒液喷嘴距皮肤6~8 cm,一次性喷洒和重复喷洒消毒15~20 s时,局部均无细菌生长;21~30 s时活菌计数为0;31~40 s时培养出活菌2个;41~50 s时培养出活菌2个;51~60 s活菌计数15个;61~70 s活菌计数66个.通过600次实验取样分析,经SPSS统计软件处理,P<0.05,有显著性差异.结论 喷雾型消毒液皮肤消毒效果与喷洒次数无关,但与针头穿刺时间关系密切,故针头穿刺时间应控制在喷洒药液后(30±5)s时间段内进行.

Objective To explore the best time of skin puncture after using spray -on skin disinfec-tion. Methods Indoor clean -up of conventional disinfection, indoor air viable was counted < 500/m-3, hos-pital patients intravenous infusion or intramuscular were conventional choiced of for the test. Sterile cotton swab samples agar plate crossed cultivation was used, home 35℃ in incubators for 24 hours, so bacteria was counted a total of 600 passengers. Results The distance of spray disinfection from the skin was 8 to 10 cm, in 15 to 20 sec-onds, one -time spraying disinfectant and repeat no local bacterial growth;21 to 30 seconds, bacterial count was 0;31 to 40 seconds, bacterial count was 2 ;41 to 50 seconds, bacterial count was 15 ;61 to 70 seconds, bac-terial count was 66;Through 600 of the sample analysis the SPSS statistical software precessingshowed a signifi-cant difference P < 0. 05. Conclusions The effect of spray -on skin disinfectant has no relationship with the num-ber of time of spraying but close relationship with the needle puncture time. The needle puncture time should be in control of 30 ± 5 seconds period after spraying liquid.
