建立了高效液相测定各种白酒中安赛蜜的含量的分析方法。样品直接用超纯水稀释,进样测定。采用ZORBAX E-clipse XDB—C18色谱柱分离。以含有0.1%乙酸的乙酸铵缓冲液和甲醇为流动相,流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温为35℃,进样量10μL。该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于白酒样品的直接测定。

The determination method of Acesulfame K in different liquor with high performance liquid chromatography method was developed. The samples were directly diluted with ultrapure water. The ZORBAX Eclipse XDB - C18 was used for separation, with 0. 1% acetic acid in ammonium acetate and methanol as the mobile phase, the flow rate at 0.8 mL/min and the detection wavelength at 230 nm, the column temperature 35℃, and the injection volume 10 μL. The method was sample, fast, accurate, and can be used for the determination of the liquor samples directly.
