基于电力系统电压调节器(PSVR)控制原理,分析了PSVR对发电机升压变压器阻抗的补偿作用,给出了PSVR与自动无功电压控制的配合关系。在紧水滩水电厂发电机励磁调节器改造中首次实现了PSVR功能,给出了动模试验和现场试验结果。试验表明:PSVR能提高发电机无功响应速度,使暂态电压恢复更快,尤其在系统故障情况下,PSVR能充分利用发电机潜在的无功容量,提高机组对电力系统的动态无功支撑力度。

Based on the principle of power system voltage regulator(PSVR),this paper analyzes the compensation function of the PSVR to reduce the impedance of generator main transformer.The relationship between PSVR and automatic voltage control(AVC) is also developed.The PSVR has been realized during the excitation system modification of the Jinshuitan Hydropower Plant.The results of dynamic simulation test and field test show that the PSVR can help generator improve the reactive power responding speed,consequently the transient voltage can be recovered faster.In the cases of system failure,PSVR can take full advantage of the potential of generating reactive power to improve the power system dynamic reactive power support.
