硫酸小檗碱水溶液在228、263、335和423nm波长处有最大吸收。在423nm波长处,硫酸小檗碱的质量浓度在1—50μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,回归方程为A=0.0143c+0.0015,相关系数为1.000。对硫酸小檗碱注射液进行了测定,结果满意。简单讨论了该方法的原理和优点。

There are four absorption peaks at 228,263,335 and 423 nm of the berberine sulfate solution. The linear relationship holds between the absorptivity and the concentration of the berberine sulfate in the rang of 1 -50 μg/mL at 423 nm. And the regression equation is A =0. 014 3C +0. 001 5 with the correlation of 1. 000. The proposed method was applied to determine the berberine sulfate injection with satisfactory results. The principle and the advantage were discussed simply.
