为解决输电线路单相接地故障时距离保护耐过渡电阻能力不高的问题,提出一种新的具有3个系数的时域解微分方程距离保护算法。算法的核心思想是将故障点后系统等效为一个电感,通过列写故障时准确测距方程,推导出3系数的解微分方程算法。理论分析和EMTP仿真实验证明,该算法适用于中、短距离输电线路,耐过渡电阻能力高,尤其在线路末端时测距准确,在末端经高过渡电阻故障时,不存在超越问题。算法有望从根本上解决距离保护耐过渡电阻能力不高的问题,构成新型的快速距离保护。

In this paper,a novel distance protection algorithm for improving properties of relay in high resistance to ground fault was presented.This algorithm deduces a linear differential equation with three unknown quantities.The core idea of this algorithm is to regard the system after fault point as an inductance and the equation is inferred from accurate fault equation.Theoretical analysis and simulation results prove it applicable to short and mid-range transmission lines,also the bearing ability to high resistance fault and high accuracy of this algorithm,especially in the end of protection domain,which prevent the overreach happening.This algorithm is hoped to resolve the effect of fault resistance to distance protection and be a new and fast distance protection.
