采用冷水浸渍、乙醇浸渍和水煮煎制等提取方法及对地锦草(Humifusa Euphorbia Willd)有效成分进行不同提取时间的提取,研究其提取物对荧光假单胞菌的抑菌活性。结果显示:冷水浸渍提取法所得提取物对荧光假单胞菌的抑菌效果最优,水煮法次之,乙醇浸渍法最差;冷水浸渍法和乙醇浸渍法均以浸渍48h抑菌效果最佳,水煮法以煎制1h效果最好。因此对地锦草有效成分的提取须采用适当的方法和适当的提取时间。

채용랭수침지、을순침지화수자전제등제취방법급대지금초(Humifusa Euphorbia Willd)유효성분진행불동제취시간적제취,연구기제취물대형광가단포균적억균활성。결과현시:랭수침지제취법소득제취물대형광가단포균적억균효과최우,수자법차지,을순침지법최차;랭수침지법화을순침지법균이침지48h억균효과최가,수자법이전제1h효과최호。인차대지금초유효성분적제취수채용괄당적방법화괄당적제취시간。
The methods of cold-water extracting,ethanol extracting and hot-water extracting were used to extract the effective components of Humifusa Euphorb willd.Study the extracts of Humifusa Euphorbia willd in different time about the antibacterial activity to P.Fluorescens.The results showed that the cold-water extracting was superior to the other two and the method of the ethanol extracting is the worst.It is better to impregnate 48h with cold-water and ethanol,to fried 1h with hot-water,therefore,the extraction of the effective components of Humifusa Euphorbia willd should be adopted in appropriate methods and appropriate extraction time.
