云南省是世界水稻品种遗传多样性的分布中心之一。针对目前水稻种质资源严重流失的现状,选择云南省具有代表性的6个不同地区进行村寨调查。通过34项调查指标和4项水稻遗传多样性指数的回归分析,发现自留种的比例与水稻遗传多样性丰富度呈显著正相关,这为有效进行水稻种质资源的保存和利用提供了理论支持。

Yunnan Province was one of the world distribution centers of rice genetic diversity. The current status of rice germplasm resources was having a serious loss in Yunnan, so this study choose six representative villages in different areas for investigation. Through the regression analysis of thirty-four survey indicators and four rice genetic diversity indexes, the rice genetic diversity richness was significantly positively correlated with seed retention ratio, which effectively provided favorable theoretical support for the conservation and utilization of rice germplasm.
