为研究四平市风能资源情况,利用该市近十年风速风向资料,详细计算和分析各风能资源参数,对四平市风能资源进行评价,并结合四平市风力发电现状,提出本市风能资源利用出现的问题,结果表明:四平市主导风向是SSW,年有效风能密度76.8 w/m2、年有效时数2939 h.由此可见,四平市属于风能可利用区,具有一定开发利用价值,其主要利用形式是风力发电.

In order to study the wind energy resource of Siping, use the wind energy in recent years and calculate the detailed wind parameters. The major development for wind energy in Siping city is wind power. This thesis, based on assessment of wind energy resource, analyzes the issue, the results show that: Siping, the dominant wind direction is SSW, the annual effective wind power density is 76.8w/m2, hours of effective speed is 2939h. All this indicate that: Siping city is a wind energy utilization area and it has certain value in exploitation. Its main uses form is the wind energy generation.
