针对现有丙烯酸丁酯装置精制单元真空系统采用蒸汽喷射泵抽真空,运行费用较高,且造成真空波动的影响因素相对较多这一情况,探讨采用其它抽真空设备替代的可行性,主要研究了罗茨-水环真空泵组的应用,并进行经济性分析,为今后装置的改造提供参考。

Presently, the steam jet vacuum system is often applied in existing refining units of butyl acrylate devices. However, higher operating costs and more influence factors of vacuum fluctuation were found during the operation. In view of this situation, the feasibility of other vacuum units' application was discussed, the application of Roots-water ring vacuum pump unit was studied detailed, and the economics was also analyzed in this paper. The study provided reference for device bransformation in future.
