研究生招生考试是我国选拔高层次专门人才和拔尖创新性人才的选拔性考试。研究生选拔考试公平应以科学研究发展和创新人才培养的需要为要旨,建立公平的选拔考试制度,根据我国现实情况要达到公平应建立考试分类标准;体现情境性、差异性、透明度与接受社会评判的制度。

Graduate Entrance Examination is the way to select high-level expertise and top-notch innovative personnel in China. Graduate fair selection test development and innovation should be based on scientific research personnel training needs for the thrust to establish a fair competitive examination system, according to our present situation to a fair test classification criteria should be established; reflect the situation, diversity, transparency and acceptance of social evaluation system.
