自2008年,＂90后＂大学生已逐渐成为大学校园的学生主体,他们的成长背景与环境的不同造成了其身上独特的特征,这给高校的思想政治教育工作带来了新的挑战。提高＂90后＂大学生思想政治教育工作的有效性,应从＂90后＂大学生的成长环境出发,以＂90后＂大学生的特点为切入点,在强调加强学校思想政治教育有效性的同时,辅之以社会教育和家庭教育,从多重教育主体角度入手,多管齐下,共同努力,形成新质教育合力,致力于培养＂90后＂大学生良好的思想品德和健全人格。
