探索沼液肥对茶树物理化学性状的影响,可找出适宜于夏秋茶的最佳施肥量。通过田间小区试验表明,春茶期每亩施1000kg沼液肥芽头密度增加17.31%、新梢日增长率提升58.78%、百芽重增加31.33%、鲜叶产量增加60.93%;夏秋茶亩施1000~1500kg沼液肥品质提升2.71%~6.17%,具体表现为水浸出物含量增加2.40~8.63,氨基酸含量增加2.38%~11.90%,茶多酚降低0.47%~2.83%。

In order to explore effects of biogas fertilizer on tea and chemical properties, we try to find a suitable amount of fertilizer for summer and autumn tea. Field tests showed that bud density increases 17.31%, shoot 58.78 % per day, lO0-bud weight 31.33 % and fresh leaf yield 60.93 % , when 1000 kg of biogas have been ap- plied per mu of spring tea. Quality improvement enhances 2.71% - 6.17 % , when 1000 - 1500 kg of biogas have been applied per mu of summer-autumn tea. Specifically, water soluble matter content rises from 2.40 to 8.63, a- mino acids content goes up from 2.38 % to 11.90 % and tea polyphenol reduces from 0.47 % to 2.83 %.
