After 10kV motor starts,its current decreases to 1.5Ie(Ie: rated current),and the set time arrives(I.E.40second),shorting cabinet cuts our HTR(high voltage temperature resistor soft starter),the motor gets the full voltage.Then the starting is the end.This paper introduces its working principle simply,and analyzes,discuss the two failure starts.
