我国职业足球运动发展迅速,社会力量广泛参与其中,由此衍生的利益关系交错复杂、利益纠纷日益增多。在这一背景下,职业足球纠纷的解决得到了社会各界的特别关注,职业足球纠纷解决机制也逐渐浮出水面,进入公众视野。对我国现行职业足球纠纷解决机制存在的问题进行深入分析,并提出解决问题的对策建议,将有助于我国职业足球运动的健康发展,实现体育和谐。

Mass of disputes with complicated interest relations is increasing in area of Chinese professional football, which is concerned heavily in society. How to settle the professional football disputes is an emergent and important issue at present. However, our current professional football settlement has accumulated so many problems so that we have to study them carefully and give the corresponding settlement suggestions in this paper.
