对八角茴香主产区广西不同产地的27个样品进行莽草酸含量的测定,并比较不同处理方法对莽草酸含量的影响。采用RP—HPLC法测定莽草酸含量,结果表明,27个样品中莽草酸含量在6.3%-7.6%的居多,平均含量为6.61%,其中T地区莽草酸含量最高,为8.74%:直接晒干的样品比其他处理方法的样品平均含量要高;干枝八角样品的平均含量比大红八角的平均含量要高。不同产地莽草酸含量不同.试验结果能对产商收购八角茴香及莽草酸的生产提供参考。

In this paper, the method for the determination of Shikimic Acid in Illieium verum Hook.f .from different Gunagxi areas with 27 samples were developed and different tackling were compared.Though RP-HPLC analysis showed that the content of Shikimic Acid in 27 samples were between 6.3%-7.6% and the average were 6.61% ,in which the highest content was 8.74% in T ,the directly dried samples contents higher than any other dealing methods, and the Ganzhi samples were higher than that of Dahong samples.The contents of Shikimic Acid differed with different areas,the result would will be guidance to the purchase of Star Anise and to the production of Shikimic Acid.
