以紫纹、硬叶2种斑叶类和带叶、亨利2种绿叶类兜兰为材料,对其叶片叶绿素含量进行测定,并通过气体交换和叶绿素荧光分析等方法,对4种兜兰的光合特性进行研究。结果表明:4种兜兰的光饱和点位于420~590μmol/(m2.s),均表现出阴生性特点,绿叶类兜兰的耐阴性强于斑叶类;CO2补偿点均大于2 000μmol/mol,其中硬叶兜兰明显高于其他3种兜兰,最适生长温度都在25℃左右;带叶、亨利的光化学启动速率高于紫纹和硬叶,但启动后紫纹、硬叶的光化学效率比带叶、亨利高,这与不同兜兰的叶片形态和生境特征相关。

The chlorophyll contents of four species of Paphiopedilum which were P.hirsutissimum,P.henryanum with green leaves and P.micranthum,P.purpurattum with variegated leaves were measured,and the photosynthetic characteristics of them were studied by gas exchange and analysis of chlorophyll fluorescence.The results showed that the light saturation points were 420~590 μmol/(m2·s)indicating that all four species of Paphiopedilum were shade-acclimated plants,among which,green leaves had relatively higher shade-endured capacities.All the CO2 saturation points of them exceed 2 000 μmol/mol,and that of P.micranthum was the highest,and all four Paphiopedilum grew best at about 25 ℃.P.hirsutissimum and P.henryanum had relatively higher light activation rate of photochemical reaction,and lower photochemical efficiencies after the activations than those of P.hirsutissimum and P.henryanum,which maybe correlate with their different leaf morphologies and originally ecological conditions.
