文章采用改良酚水法提取南极寡营养细菌(Alteromonas stellipolaris)ANT52的脂多糖,得率可达6.73%,据SDS-PAGE分析结果判断细菌ANT52的脂多糖为光滑型脂多糖。以南极寡营养细菌ANT52脂多糖提取物免疫注射梭子蟹,分别在免疫接种后的第3、6、9、12天检测梭子蟹血清的溶菌酶活力、超氧化物歧化酶活力及血淋巴细胞的吞噬活性等非特异性免疫指标,结果表明:南极寡营养细菌ANT52提取的脂多糖能显著提高梭子蟹血清中的溶菌酶活力、超氧化物歧化酶活力、血细胞吞噬活性(P〈0.05),且各种酶活力及血细胞吞噬活性出现峰值的时间不同,溶菌酶出现峰值时间早于超氧化物歧化酶。

The Lipopolysaccharide was extracted from Antarctic ultramicro-bacteria ANT52(Alteromonas stellipolaris) with the modified extraction method of LPS,and the result of SDS-PAGE showed that the LPS of ANT52 was the smooth LPS(S-LPS).The indices of non-specific immunity was detected in 3,6,9,12 days after Portunus trituberculatus was immunized with different treatment of LPS extracted from ANT52.The results shows that LPS can improve the lysozme(LSZ),superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the serum and the phagocytic activity of haemocytes significantly(P0.05),and the above indices of non-specific immunity reached peak value at different days,the LSZ activity reached the peak earlier than the SOD activity.Future studies are needed to understand the mechanism of the immunity response and the best dosage for these LPS.
