采用预乳化法制备了可低温成膜的苯丙乳液,讨论了软硬单体配比、乳化剂选择、乳化剂用量以及成膜助剂用量对乳液及涂膜性能的影响,并对低温成膜机理作了简要的探讨。结果表明,当软硬单体质量比为1.1∶1.0,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)质量比为2∶1,乳化剂用量为4%,成膜助剂用量为单体总量6%时,所制备的苯丙乳液及涂膜各项性能优良。

채용예유화법제비료가저온성막적분병유액,토론료연경단체배비、유화제선택、유화제용량이급성막조제용량대유액급도막성능적영향,병대저온성막궤리작료간요적탐토。결과표명,당연경단체질량비위1.1∶1.0,십이완기류산납(SDS)여완기분취양을희미(OP-10)질량비위2∶1,유화제용량위4%,성막조제용량위단체총량6%시,소제비적분병유액급도막각항성능우량。
The low temperature film styrene-acrylic emulsion was prepared by pre-emulsification technology,the influence to the emulsion and film properties such as the ratio of soft and hard monomer,emulsifier selection,the amount of emulsifier and coalescent were discussed and the formation mechanism of form film at low-temperature were also briefly discussed.The results showed that when the mass ratio of the soft monomer and hard monomer was 1.1 ∶ 1.0,mass ratio of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and alkylphenol ethoxylates(OP-10) was 2 ∶ 1,amount of emulsifier is 4% and the amount of coalescent is 6% of monomers,the prepared styrene-acrylic emulsion and film with excellent performance.
