聚四氟乙烯材料表面活化能很低,漆膜在该材料上的附着力很差,不能满足产品的漆膜附着力要求,本文经过工艺改进,采用钠-萘表面处理剂对底材进行活化处理,使得漆膜的附着力明显增强,满足了某型产品的环境使用要求。

Paint film has very bad adhesion on PTFE materials surface due to its very low active energy and it cannot meet the requirements of adhesion. By improving the technical progress, sodium-naphthalene surface treatment agent was adapted to active the substrate, the film adhesion was improved obviously and the environmental requirements of certain product were met.
