为研究中度盐碱化草地混播牧草(披碱草、碱茅草、沙打旺)对绵羊瘤胃发酵的影响,试验选用5月龄、体重34.83±0.30kg的德国肉用美利奴杂交一代绵羊12只,采用随机区组设计分为4组,每组3只,对照组以精料补充料和玉米青贮(精粗比49??51)作为基础日粮,处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ以中度盐碱化草地混播牧草分别替代1/3、2/3和3/3的玉米青贮作为日粮。结果表明,不同处理组和对照组在pH、乙酸、异丁酸、氨态氮之间差异不显著(P〉0.05),不同处理组的总挥发性脂肪酸和戊酸浓度显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),处理组Ⅰ的丙酸浓度显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),而与其他处理组差异不显著(P〉0.05);处理组Ⅰ的乙酸/丙酸显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),与其他处理组差异不显著(P〉0.05);处理组Ⅱ的丁酸浓度显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),与其他处理组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。试验结果说明,中度盐碱化草地混播牧草可以促进绵羊瘤胃发酵,但以中度盐碱草地混播牧草和青贮玉米以1/3~2/3的替代玉米青贮混合饲喂绵羊可以显著促进瘤胃发酵。

The objective was to evaluate effects of grass-mixture cultivated in moderate alkali-saline grassland on rumen fermentation in sheep.Twelve first filial generation(F1) sire growing-fattening sheep of a cross between Chinese inner mongolian fine-wool and German mutton merino,averaging 5 months old and 34.83±0.30 kg of body weight(BW),were arranged into four groups in a randomized block design according to body weight.Sheep in control group fed concentrate and corn silage,while sheep in treatment Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ fed concentrate and different level(instead corn silage with 0,1/3,2/3 and 3/3) grass mixture(Elymus dahuricus,Puccinellia distans and Astragalus adsurgens) cultivated in serious alkali-saline grassland,respectively.Sheep were fed 600 g concentrate daily and rough forage provided adlibitum.The results showed that between different treatment and control groups in pH,acetic acid,isobutyric acid,ammonium was no significant difference(P0.05),different treatment groups of total volatile fatty acids and valerate concentration was significantly higher than control group(P0.05),propionate concentration in treatment groupⅠ was significantly higher than control group(P0.05),while with the other treatment groups was no significant(P0.05);acetic/propionic in groupⅠ was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05),while with other treatment groups was no significant(P0.05);butyrate concentration in treatment Ⅱ group was significantly higher than control group(P0.05),while with other treatment groups was no significant(P0.05).The results indicated that rumen fermentation was accelerated in sheep fed grass mixture cultivated in moderate alkali-saline grassland alone.Furthermore,rumen fermentation was improved in sheep fed the mixture of corn silage and grass mixture cultivated in moderate alkali-saline grassland.
