采用Pro/E三维建模软件构建液压支架三维实体模型,将模型导入到3DSMAX环境进行仿真。该方法解决了3DSMAX建模难题,克服了Pro/E贴图、渲染不足缺点,实现了精确的三维实体模型的虚拟仿真,达到了形象、生动、逼真的预期效果,为下一步工作面综采设备虚拟现实问题的解决创造了条件。

This paper introduces the method of using Pro/E software to consult the 3D model of powered support, and then transferring the model to 3DSMAX software to simulate three - dimensional motion and the working process of powered support. The method successfully solves the difficulties of 3DSMAX's model consulting, resolves the problems of texturing and rending of Pro/E, and realizes the accurate virtual simulation of 3D model with active and vivid exception, which lay the foundation for the solution of the virtual reality of face fully mechanism.
