本研究利用不同配方的培养基选择性分离、纯化不同生长营养需求的菌种,然后对所分离菌株作形态观察、生理生化鉴定,再用牛津杯法进行乳酸杆菌全菌液与上清液对大肠杆菌拮抗作用的对比试验。结果分别从鸡粪、牛粪、猪粪中分离、纯化出发酵乳杆菌、发状乳杆菌、木糖乳杆菌;乳酸杆菌培养上清液的拮抗作用大于全菌液;鸡源发酵乳杆菌对猪源大肠杆菌有较好的生物拮抗作用;猪源木糖乳杆菌及牛源发状乳杆菌对猪源大肠杆菌无生物拮抗作用。

본연구이용불동배방적배양기선택성분리、순화불동생장영양수구적균충,연후대소분리균주작형태관찰、생리생화감정,재용우진배법진행유산간균전균액여상청액대대장간균길항작용적대비시험。결과분별종계분、우분、저분중분리、순화출발효유간균、발상유간균、목당유간균;유산간균배양상청액적길항작용대우전균액;계원발효유간균대저원대장간균유교호적생물길항작용;저원목당유간균급우원발상유간균대저원대장간균무생물길항작용。
In this paper,we used culture mediums of different formula to isolate and purify the microbial strains with different growth nutrition demand,and classified these microbial strains that we had isolated,by the means of the shape observation,the physiological biochemistry reaction.Then,with the use of oxford-cup,we made a contrast experiment between lactobacillus bacterial fluid and superior-clear liquid which had the antagonistic action to E.coli.The result showed that we had isolated and purified lactobacillus fermentum,lactobacillus trichoctes and lactobacillus xylosus from chicken manure,cow dung,pig excrement;the antagonistic action to E.coli of the lactobacillus superior-clear liquid was stronger than that of the bacterial fluid;the chicken source lactobacillus fermentum had evident biological antagonistic action to the pig source E.coli;the pig source lactobacillus xylosus and the cow source lactobacillus trichoctes had no biological antagonistic action to the pig source E.coli.
